Yahamiao Backup and New Phone Guide: Export and Import JSON

Export from your old device

1. Open Yahamiao Settings and choose Export JSON.
2. Save the exported file somewhere you trust, such as your Files folder or your own backup storage.
3. Confirm that the file is saved before switching phones, uninstalling, or clearing local data. Opening a share sheet alone is not a saved backup.

Import on your new device

1. Install and open Yahamiao. Choose Import JSON in Settings.
2. Select your saved backup and review the import confirmation.
3. Import replaces the records on this device. Export anything already on your new device first.
4. Check your list, calendar, and settings after import to confirm the records you want are there.

Does restoring purchases restore my tasks?

On iOS, Restore Purchases restores valid purchase entitlements. It does not restore local task text or restart a membership term. Moving tasks requires your saved backup file. The Tencent App Store Android version currently has no paid purchases or subscriptions.

What if I already uninstalled without a backup?

If your local records were deleted and you have no exported backup, the developer cannot retrieve those tasks remotely. Backup files may contain task text. Keep them private; do not publish them or send them as a routine support attachment.
